This is a simple encryption/decryption program.  It allows you to create a 
file with ENCRYPT.BAS, then encrypt it, then decrypt it with DECRYPT.BAS.
The techniques used aren't complicated, and there is a lot of flexibility
to create your own encryption technique.  The registered version includes
a program which allows you to create your own "key" and have the ENCRYPT
and DECRYPT programs (both stand alone executables) read that key.
